1. Who we are

PaceOut is built by Nebula Craft Design Ltd. We make screen time calmer for families.

2. What we collect

  • Your Apple ID identifier (via Sign in with Apple) — a random string, not your email.
  • Your child's display name (you choose it, we store it).
  • Pace plan settings: daily allowance, broad paced categories, bedtime windows.
  • Daily usage summaries: minutes used vs allowance (totals only, not app names).
  • Anonymous crash reports and performance data.

3. What we never collect

  • Specific app names or usage.
  • Browsing history.
  • Location data.
  • Messages or personal content.
  • Any data directly from your child's device beyond anonymous usage totals.

4. How your data is stored

Family data is stored securely in Apple CloudKit, linked to your iCloud account. Screen time selections remain on your child's device and are never uploaded. We do not operate our own servers for personal data.

5. Third parties

We use Apple frameworks only: CloudKit, StoreKit, Sign in with Apple, and Family Controls for supported Screen Time features. We do not share your data with any third party. We do not run advertising of any kind.

6. Children's privacy

Children do not create accounts in PaceOut. No personal data is collected directly from children. We comply with COPPA and UK GDPR.

7. Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings in the app. To request manual deletion contact us at the email below.
